Funny Stuff Women Say To Their Personal Trainers

The word they use isn't stuff (YOU KNOW WHAT IT IS! YOU KNOW *EXACTLY* WHAT THAT WORD IS!) in this video, it's another word. I try to keep this blog dirty word free, youknowwhati'msayin? I just couldn't resist this video, though. I keep watching it and watching it and CRACKING UP. I loooove how he can keep the girl talk up that long. I know it's short takes here and there, but, seriously, he has that girl talk down.

You must watch it and then watch it some more.

Oh, it is just so funny.

I say these things!

When I work out with my personal trainer, Sean Millhouse of Fitness 101 out of Northwest Personal Training Center, again, I am going to want to tape my mouth shut! Everything I say has been said before by women in every gym! He probably wants to tell me to shut my yapper and just do what he says already. "YES, IT'S OKAY TO EAT EGGS, KELLEY, NOW LIFT THE DADGUM WEIGHTS!" is probably what he wants to say but instead he smiles and acts really nice and stuff, even though even though it's the 1,000th time that week that he's heard those same comments.

Sean is awesome. I have been training for him for a few weeks now. My goal was to lose 15 pounds and some inches. I have lost approximately 7-8 pounds so far. I am 5ish weeks in and have about 11 more to go. I think I am doing fairly well at eating right and that is because I am so busy at breakfast and lunch. I work Monday-Thursday while the kids are in school and then go pick them up when they get out. Lately, I have been eating a lot of McDonald's Egg White Delights for breakfast. I don't know if that is a good idea or not. (Sean? You there? Is this okay?). For lunch, I will often eat a wrap from My Fit Foods or I will eat those packets of flavored tuna, add some light mayonnaise and toss in a few pickles. I will eat that with Triscuit Minis and eat some yogurt, nuts, fruit, etc. with it. In my old life during the summer, I would be with the kids and we would stop at Schlotzsky's and have a sandwich (pretty sure my normal turkey sandwich there has as many calories as a hamburger!) or go eat pizza or go to a local Mexican restaurant or something. I know eating better has made them eat better, but this is not to say that they didn't have Chicken McNuggets recently. (Okay, today. I gave them some today.) This is also not to say that they are loving this new life. ("Why does everything have to be so healthy, Mom?")

(If you are interested in reading more about my journey with Sean, you can go here for my last post.)

Seriously, though, Sean has probably heard all of these comments that BJ Gaddour of StreamFIT.com spouted off in the video up there. Reading them is not nearly as funny as watching them. YOU MUST WATCH. You will definitely, definitely laugh.

I just want to be healthy.

What does this do?

How do I get rid of this? (Jiggles underarm fat.) This is so gross.

This mean plan sucks.

I actually eat well. I eat really well.

So, what do I need to eat to, like, lose weight?

I have a big vacation coming up. I need to lose 30 pounds STAT.

What is SHE doing?

I don't really eat *that* much cheese.

Am I fat? Don't lie to me.

Salads just don't do it for me.

This compliments you, believe it or not, but I was walking down the street and a young guy thought I was, like, 25 or something and wanted my number and I told him that I train with Steve, just so you know.

What is HE doing?

I drink wine every single night and it has nothing to do with my weight, even though I am the most heavy weight ever and have been drinking wine every night for the last 3, 4, 5 years. Okay, I drink too much wine, I do, but it's because I'm depressed and I'm really stressed at work.

I hate fruit! It's so sweet!

Ugh. I feel like these weights are making me bulkier.

There's nothing wrong with a piece of bread. People have been eating bread for centuries!

This helps with cellulite, right?

I have this friend that is SO FAT. I should give you her number.

I absolutely HATE mushrooms. It's like a fungus!

(Looking at the meal plan). I don't like vegetables. I don't like cauliflower. I hate broccoli.

Oh, Gah! What IS THIS? It hurts! This is HARD! Is this a joke? Is this a joke?!

How many calories should I eat?

Oh, waiter, we won't be eating bread tonight. We're with a trainer and he eats real healthy.

Squats again?

(Grabs the donut.) Okay, I just can't take this. I will do some more cardio tomorrow and I'll just burn it off.

You are so strong. Gah, you are so strong. You are so strong

Push-ups?! Noooooooo!!! I'm SICK of doing push-ups! I hate push-ups! All you want to do are push-ups!

Hey, everybody, my trainer Steve is here, so if you need to get in shape and lose weight, he'll get it done!

I'm eating well and working out and still not losing weight, so it's obviously your fault.

Am I doing this right?

I don't feel like I'm doing this right.

I'll give it to Stacy. Stacy is working out and she's working hard, but now that she's lost so much weight, her face is thin and she just looks old.

Weight Watchers.

Jenny Craig.

Nutrisystem.

Oh my Gah, you're such a slave driver!

What do you think about CrossFit?

You guys, I have to stop. I have to watch this video again. I am in love with it. I love how he stays in character and he is so spot on! If I haven't said most of these things, I have thought 'em!

Can you identify??
